Seeking a Training Sales Manager to drive enrolments in both our clients’ and Digital Qube’s training programs and events.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of relationship management experience, training course sales, and digital marketing expertise. You will be responsible for setting up and planning all marketing and ad campaigns to drive course sales, aswell as managing leads funnels, phoning customers, and onboarding applicants and supporting content requirements for the course directories online.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote training courses;

  • Design and build sales funnels both online and offline;

  • Conduct phone calls to potential customers to discuss course offerings;

  • Support and map out content requirements for the course directories on WiX Events;

  • Achieve sales targets for training courses across all channels;

  • Develop sales plans in order to achieve sales targets;

  • Develop and implement plans for the training programmes, monitoring and measuring them against targets;

  • Responsible for hitting targets for leads, calls, and conversions;

  • Manage social media channels and leads generated from social media;

  • Set up and manage email campaigns to promote training courses.

While you will be responsible for the end-to-end training sales funnel, you will be able to call on expert colleagues when required e.g. designers, ad specialists, project managers etc.

This is an exciting role, teaching you how to boost sales through online channels. After completing this role you will be a master of digital marketing, learning the secrets of how to drive large volumes of sales online. An in-demand skill which you can apply in the future to your own products, business or major corporations! It will be a demanding role, where you will need to be a self starter and fast learner, and overcome obstacles. If you don’t know how to do something, you will need to work it out for yourself, by watching YouTube videos or asking friends and experts in the industry.

Language

Background and passion for marketing and sales, preferably in the education or training sector; You will be responsible for speaking to trainees or prospects and hitting the sales volumes targets. From advertising to training programme attendees. You will begiven a target number of training programme sales and will be asked to design the perfect sales funnel.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;

  • Experience with WiX or similar website platforms is a plus but not essential;

  • A working knowledge of email marketing tools and social media platforms;

  • The ability to analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase sales;

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

  • Creating a sales lead funnel - planning marketing and ad campaigns to drive course sales

  • Contacting customers, securing new business and onboarding applicants

  • Mapping out content requirements for the course directories on WiX Events

  • Monitoring and measuring the training programmes against targets; ensuring continuous improvement

  • Championing a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing

  • Demonstrated experience creating, implementing and monitoring Online sales.

  • Weekly reporting on sales.

  • Ability to work with multicultural teams in a professional manner.

  • PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Ability to interpret reports from Google, Facebook and Adobe analytics.

  • Exceptional English – spoken and written

  • Arabic an advantage but not always required

  • Extra languages add value but not a requirement of role
