We’re seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Managers and Client Managers to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients to understand their career goals, guide them on suitable training options, and match them with our tailored courses. This position combines client relationship management, sales, and marketing knowledge, focusing on helping clients reach their full potential.

attract and sell tickets and courses, ranging from short-term workshops to long-term accredited programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Connect with clients via phone and email, learning about their career aspirations and offering relevant course recommendations.

  • Sales & Follow-up: Respond to inquiries, build rapport, and follow up on leads using WhatsApp, email, and CRM.

  • Needs Assessment: Identify client needs to suggest the best training or marketing solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Pipeline Management: Track leads, provide timely updates, and ensure sales targets are met.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with our marketing team to stay informed on course offerings and campaigns.

While you will be responsible for the end-to-end training sales funnel, you will be able to call on expert colleagues when required e.g. designers, ad specialists, project managers etc

This is an exciting role, teaching you how to boost sales through online channels. After completing this role you will be a master of digital marketing, learning the secrets of how to drive large volumes of sales online. An in-demand skill which you can apply in the future to your own products, business or major corporations! It will be a demanding role, where you will need to be a self starter and fast learner, and overcome obstacles. If you don’t know how to do something, you will need to work it out for yourself, by watching YouTube videos or asking friends and experts in the industry.

  • Demonstrated experience creating, implementing and monitoring Online sales.

  • Weekly reporting on sales.

  • Ability to work with multicultural teams in a professional manner.

  • PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Ability to interpret reports from Google, Facebook and Adobe analytics.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Drive Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Contacting customers, securing new business

  • Monitoring and measuring the training programmes against targets; ensuring continuous improvement

  • Championing a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing

  • English Proficiency of at least C1 or C2 level

  • Arabic an advantage but not always required

  • Extra languages add value but not a requirement of role

Background in marketing or AI, gained either through formal study or hands-on experience, and a track record of successful sales with a client-focused approach. While not mandatory, a degree in Marketing, Digital, or AI is a valuable asset.​
